Canada’s Start-up Visa Program is an immigration program created by the Canadian government specifically for foreign entrepreneurs. It aims to attract talented immigrant entrepreneurs who have the desire and skills to operate their business in Canada. To qualify for this program, companies must:

If the applicant meets the Government of Canada’s Start-Up Visa Program requirements, UpCanada Venture will consider investments of at least $75,000. This will enable the Entrepreneur and his team to obtain the Letter of Support that provides for a route to Canadian Permanent Residency.
