Start-up Visa
Canada’s Start-up Visa Program is an immigration program created by the Canadian government specifically for foreign entrepreneurs. It aims to attract talented immigrant entrepreneurs who have the desire and skills to operate their business in Canada. To qualify for this program, companies must:
-
Be innovative
-
Create jobs for Canadians
-
Compete on a global scale
UpCanada Venture actively supports entrepreneurs interested in applying for the Start-up Visa and moving their company to Canada.
If the applicant meets the Government of Canada’s Start-Up Visa Program requirements, UpCanada Venture will consider investments of at least $75,000. This will enable the Entrepreneur and his team to obtain the Letter of Support that provides for a route to Canadian Permanent Residency.
UpCanada Venture works closely with Bizfield Angel Network to processing and assess Start-Up Visa applications.
